When you report a problem, it helps to say which device and version you use (About, in the ⋯ menu on the Libraries page, shows the version), what you did, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot is welcome. If Numa crashed, the Diagnostics screen in Numa can copy a report for you to include.

Common questions

Where are my photographs kept? On your device, in the folders and drives you add as libraries, or in your Photos library. Numa has no cloud and no account.

Why does Numa ask to download things? Some features use AI models or camera profiles that are too large to include in the app. You choose which to download in Add-ons; each one says what it's for and how big it is. Everything runs on your device.

My camera's colours look different from its own JPEGs. Choose a camera profile in the Colour tab. If your camera isn't listed, you can import profiles in Add-ons.

A library on an external drive or SD card says "Not connected". Numa remembers it and shows the thumbnails it already made. Your stars and flags are kept and added to the library when you connect the drive again.

Does Numa work on Mac? Yes: the same purchase works on iPhone, iPad and Apple silicon Macs.
